The restaurant is open for lunch and dinner seven days a week, Monday through Saturday from 11:00 a.m. until 2:00 a.m. and on Sundays from 12:00 p.m. until 12:00 a.m. Signature menu items include fried half chicken (honey and balsamic syrup), peach glazed Alaskan salmon, and the 16 oz. bone-in aged rib-eye (crispy crawfish and blue cheese butter).
